Faulty Goods or Product Issues?

If you believe an item you purchased from us is faulty or not working as it should, please send it to us for inspection. Once we receive the item, our team will carefully assess it, and if a fault is confirmed, we’ll be happy to replace it free of charge.  If the item is over 30 days old then we will revert back to the manufacturer and seek their advice on the matter.  If in doubt, check with us first. 

 

How to Return a Faulty Item:

Please package the item securely.

Do not include personal items (e.g. tea towels or other protective materials).

Enclose a note in the parcel with the following details:

  • Your name

  • Full address

  • Daytime contact number

  • A brief description of the issue
