Refund policy
We want you to love your purchase from Simmer and Slice. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how our returns work:
• You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return unused, unwanted items for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
• Please contact us before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior notice may not be accepted.
• We do not cover the cost of return shipping for unwanted items.
• If your item arrives damaged, please let us know immediately. We’ll arrange a collection and redelivery at no cost to you.
• Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
To start a return, email us at info@simmerandslice.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
