The Impact series is stainless steel cookware, refined with a sandwich base with an aluminium core. The result is solid pots and pans that heat quickly. Steel is known for its tremendous durability. Therefore, products in the Impact line are constructed with an aluminium base - in fact is it an aluminium plate surrounded by stainless steel, which furthermore makes the series suitable for all cooktops, incl. induction.

Care & Use for SCANPAN  

Before first use: 

• Remove all labels and wash your product in warm soapy water; dry completely. 
• If required, assemble the glass knob according to the directions in the user’s guide. 

Cleaning: 

• After use, let the product cool off, then wash with warm, soapy water. The product must always be completely clean, before it is put away. 
• It is not recommended to wash the product in the dishwasher.
