Stellar Zero 30cm Uncoated Stainless Steel Wok

Love a good stir-fry? So do we. But there's more to a good wok than throwing everything in and hoping for the best!

The Stellar Zero 30cm Wok is a clever bit of cookware for anyone who enjoys cooking with stainless steel but would rather do without traditional non-stick coatings.

Its specially engineered cooking surface is designed to help reduce sticking, while the tri-ply construction spreads heat evenly across the pan. Perfect for sizzling vegetables, tossing noodles, searing meat or making a proper Friday night stir-fry.

And because there's no conventional non-stick coating, you don't have to worry about scratching or wearing one away.

A little tip from us: Stainless steel likes a bit of heat and a little oil. Give your wok time to warm up before adding your ingredients, and don't be too eager to move everything around. Good cooking sometimes needs a little patience!

Why We Like It

We're fans of cookware that works hard and lasts. The Stellar Zero Wok gives you the freedom to cook at higher temperatures, use your favourite utensils and enjoy the benefits of stainless steel without relying on a traditional non-stick coating.

Is it going to behave exactly like a coated non-stick wok? No, and we wouldn't pretend otherwise. But learn how to use stainless steel properly and you'll have a versatile piece of cookware that's ready for years of cooking.

Good ingredients, a hot wok and a little confidence. Dinner sorted.
