Cleaning:

Cleaning up is a breeze with the Bake-O-Glide® Induction Hob Protector. Simply shake off any food residue, rinse with hot water, and wipe clean with a cloth or sponge. For stubborn stains, a mild detergent or soap may be used. Avoid dishwashers to ensure the longevity of your protector.
For added versatility, use both sides of the silicone induction hob protector and store rolled or flat when not in use.

Care:

However, exercise caution to preserve the integrity of your induction mat. Avoid using scrapers or brushes for cleaning, refrain from folding the silicone mat, and steer clear of exposing it to naked flames, heating elements or Induction Hob Converter Plates. Should any fraying occur, simply trim with scissors for continued use.
