de Buyer Affinity Stainless Steel Frying Pan 28cm

A proper everyday frying pan with plenty of room to work. The de Buyer Affinity 28cm Frying Pan gives you the space for steaks, chicken, fish and bigger batches of vegetables without everything fighting for the hot bit in the middle.

Made in France with a 5-layer stainless steel construction, Affinity is highly responsive to changes in temperature and distributes heat evenly across the pan. Turn the heat up for a good sear, bring it back down when you need more control. Simple, but it makes a big difference when you’re cooking.

The Lyonnaise-style profile has gently flared sides, making it easier to turn ingredients and slide food straight from pan to plate. The long cast stainless steel handle is securely riveted in place and comfortable to hold.

Suitable for all hob types including induction, and it can go straight into the oven or dishwasher.
