A big, versatile pan with plenty of room to get a proper dinner going. The de Buyer Affinity 28cm Sauté Pan has two short side handles, a generous 3.8 litre capacity and comes complete with its matching stainless steel lid.

The wide cooking surface is brilliant for browning meat, sautéing vegetables and building one-pan dishes. Its lower sides allow moisture to escape while you cook, helping ingredients brown and caramelise rather than quietly steam in their own juices.

Made in France with Affinity’s 5-layer stainless steel construction, it spreads heat evenly and reacts quickly when you adjust the temperature. The two short riveted handles make a lot of sense on a pan this size too, giving you a secure two-handed grip when moving it between hob, oven and table.

Pop the lid on when you want to slow things down, simmer a sauce or keep all that moisture inside.
