Made in France with Affinity’s 5-layer stainless steel construction, it distributes heat evenly and responds quickly when you adjust the temperature. That extra control is particularly useful for sauces, custards and anything else where you don’t want the bottom of the pan getting away from you.

The rounded interior makes stirring easier, while the pouring edge helps get sauces and liquids out of the pan without half of them ending up on the worktop. A long cast stainless steel handle is securely riveted in place for a comfortable grip.

Suitable for all hob types including induction, and both oven and dishwasher safe.
