With long, flexible blade with slits for reduced friction, which makes the knife particularly suitable for cutting into parma and serranoskin and to cut fine, thin slices of salmon, halibut and the like.

The knife blade is made of the best German, stainless steel knife focusing on optimum sharpness and cutting properties. The handle is designed with inspiration from traditional Japanese "drop-shaped" ergonomic design for a comfortable and firm grip. The beautiful black handle is water repellent and can not absorb moisture.
