The SCANPAN Maître D bread knife, the double-sided serration makes the bread knife perfect for right as well as left-handed persons. Useful for large loaves of bread and even good for cutting through a crispy roast. The two-sided wave cutter makes the bread knife perfect for both right and left handed users without the knife "jamming". Suitable for all bread, big and small, as well as crispy steaks.

The blade is made with premium German stainless knife steel. The blade's shape and edge are optimized to perfection, and the handle is made with Japanese inspired "drop-shaped" ergonomic design for a comfortable grip.
