It’s a particularly useful pan for reducing stocks, finishing sauces and any cooking where you want excess liquid to disappear rather than hang around. The rounded shape also makes stirring and working ingredients around the pan easier.

Made in France with Affinity’s 5-layer stainless steel construction, heat spreads quickly and evenly throughout the pan and responds rapidly when you adjust the temperature. That control is especially useful when a sauce is getting close and you really don’t want to take your eye off it.

The long cast stainless steel handle is securely riveted in place, giving you a comfortable grip while stirring, tossing or pouring.
